Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy

Our all products contain Return Policy under 7 days.

All the warranty policies are liable after the passage of 7 days’ return time.

 

We have products under three kinds of warranties.

  1. Channel Warranty/Brand’s Warranty (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Anker, Samsung, etc.)
  2. Local Seller Warranty (Warranty owns by AutoPlay)
  3. International Warranty {Product having a warranty, but not in Pakistan (In case for some Laptops especially)}

 

Channel Warranty/Brand’s Warranty

  1. If the product has Brand’s Warranty / Channel Warranty (HP, Dell, Lenovo or any other brand), then it will be claimed directly by the principal (brand).
  2. If there is no warranty office for the brand in the customer’s city, then the warranty will be entertained by us.
  3. Brand (HP, Dell, Lenovo or any other brand) is responsible for the Channel Warranty. The brand has its own prescribed parameters for the coverage of a warranty.
  4. Warranty policies of the brand will be implied on that product in case of a claim.
  5. For Toner & Ink Cartridge, HP has a policy that it should not be used more than 40%. The brand has its own weighing parameters for calculating the yield/weight of the product.
  6. If brand resists or do not accept warranty or do not claim warranty due to any of their policy violation, AutoPlay will not be responsible for any action of the brand.
  7. Time of warranty claim/coverage will be accepted by the customer whichever time will be given by the official warranty center.
  8. AutoPlay is not responsible for taking time or days by brand.
  9. The customer will also have all the details of the warranty center’s contacts. So, the Customer can call or visit to ask about the warranty status by the brand himself.
  10. If a customer is buying any product under Channel Warranty, it means the customer has accepted all the terms & conditions of warranty policy of the brand and customer is not allowed/ liable to do any legal action against AutoPlay

 

Local Warranty

  1. Products having Local Warranty can be claimed at our end only.
  2. Warranty will be accepted if it has complete packing & original invoice.
  3. No claim will be accepted for physically damage or broken or burnt (physically or electrically) product
  4. Warranty claim will be provided on the product if found faulty.
  5. No warranty will be claimed upon the customer’s satisfaction.
  6. If a product can be repaired/ refabricate/ refurbish, then the product will not be replaced until it has a solution.
  7. We reserve the right for the replacement of the product.
  8. The local warranty takes time at least 7-10 days after receiving goods by the customer.
  9. Warranty Receipt Note will be provided you online by our portal/via email/physically at the time of receiving a product for warranty.

 

International Warranty

What is an International Warranty?

At first, we do not prefer this warranty because of time taking issues and other kinds of issues of absence at the point of service center country.

The international warranty is a kind of warranty which the seller will get from his vendor who is not here within the country. Sometime or some products which are not imported (or restricted by the brand for that country) by the distributor or a properly authorized agent of the brand, but that product has its market to be sold here, those products are imported by any importer or seller directly by any other region. So, in that case, the product needed to be sent back to the origin of the importing country and then the warranty process starts at the origin of the importing country. The time duration of claiming the warranty is about 30-45 days. In this case, the conditions are the following.

 

  1. A product having an International Warranty can be entertained by us as a service provider.
  2. Warranty product will be accepted if it has original invoice of seller & complete packing to send it back to origin of import country safely.
  3. The initial testing process will be done here by our representatives/support team and then if product found faulty, warranty will be accepted to send it back to origin of country at their behalf.
  4. No claim will be accepted for physically damage or broken or burnt (physically or electrically) product.
  5. Freight charges for the claim will be on customers behalf, and the customer will pay it with any condition (if the warranty is claimed by brand or not)
  6. Every brand has its own prescribed parameters for the coverage of the warranty.
  7. Warranty policies of the brand will be implied on that product in case of a claim.
  8. If brand resists or do not accept warranty or do not claim warranty due to any of their policy violation, AutoPlay will not be responsible for any action of the brand
  9. The time of warranty claim/coverage will be accepted by the customer which is at least 30-45 days for international warranty.
  10. AutoPlay is not responsible for taking time or days by brand or importer for international warranty

Return Policy

Why return?

The product you bought is under our return policy.

Return Policy implies if the product is not as described as upon the specifications as it was written on our page or found faulty or the product is not that what you ordered within 7 days of your purchase date.

  1. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
  2. If your item arrived in defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement.
  3. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
  4. In case of a return the product, the courier charges must be paid by the customer. Otherwise, the product will not be received back.
  5. We will ship you the new product after examining the product returned.
  6. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  7. The product will not be accepted if the product is mishandled, broken or any physical damage by the customer.
  8. No return will be accepted upon the comment “NO LONGER NEEDED”
  9. No Returns are accepted for Software. (Windows, Antivirus, etc.)
  10. Follow the return policy to avoid any inconvenience/delay in the process of your product return.

Refund Policy

  1. The refund will be accepted if only the product is not opened or not used within 7 days of purchase date.
  2. If the product is used and found faulty or any other reason, the product will be treated in return policy.
  3. The payment returns charges (Jazz Cash Charges, Easy Paisa Charges, Bank Charges or any kind of charges) will be on the customer behalf.
